On Wednesday, March 19, 2025, the Deputy Mayor for Education unveiled the My Out of School Time DC (MOST-DC) portal, a new online platform designed to streamline the process for families seeking and enrolling in afterschool programs within the District of Columbia.

 

Enrollment Process for DCPS Out of School Time Programs

Enrolling in DCPS Out of School Time programs now involves a multi-step process:

  1. Profile Creation: Families must create a profile on most.dc.gov using a cell phone, laptop, or tablet.
  2. Linking Students: Once the profile is created, parents or guardians must link their student(s) to their profile.
  3. Program Registration: When DCPS OSTP registration opens in the Spring, families can search for the DCPS afterschool program corresponding to their daytime enrollment. As a reminder, families may only apply for a DCPS program if their student is registered for the 2025-2026 school year.
